Subscription Terms of Service

Welcome to The Writing Studio

Thank you for choosing The Writing Studio, the number one handwriting communications company. By subscribing to The Writing Studio, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service ("Terms"). Please review them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Writing Studio service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our service.

2. Services

The Writing Studio provides a communications subscription service. Subscription options may include monthly, half yearly, or annual plans.

3. Subscription and Billing

3.1 Subscription Plans

Monthly Plan: Renews automatically every month.
Half Yearly Subscription: Renews automatically every six months.
Annual Subscription: Renews automatically each year.

3.2 Billing

Payment Method: You must provide a valid payment method when subscribing. By providing your payment information, you authorise The Writing Studio to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.
Billing Cycle: Billing occurs at the beginning of your subscription cycle (monthly, half yearly, or annually) and may also occur for any additional charges you may incur.
Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

4.1 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on the The Writing Studio website or contacting our customer service. Cancellations must be made before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

4.2 Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any subscription plans. All sales are final. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service for assistance.

We aim to deliver your project within a reasonable timeframe each month, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.

6. Product Availability and Substitutions

The Writing Studio products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Proofs

The Writing Studio will create a proof of your communications for your approval. Once a proof has been confirmed by you, changes and alternations are chargeable and any communications already in the production line will be chargeable. It is your responsibility to check your proofs for accuracy.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Writing Studio is not liable for any damages or injuries arising from the use of our products. By subscribing, you agree to use our products at your own risk.
